They have defeated West Indies 3 times in this series, 2 times in group matches then in the final of the series.Soumya Sarkar is the highest run scorer with 193 runs and Mustafizur Rahman and Mashrafe Mortaza are the leading wicket takers with 6 wickets each in the Tri nation series for Bangladesh.Tamim Iqbal, Mushfiqur Rahman and Liton Das are also in good form.In the final match, Mosaddek Hossain played an innings of 52 of 24 balls to secure the victory for Bangladesh.
